For s60v5 Phones

1. Go to Menu >Choose Settings > Connectivity

2. Go to Data Accounts

3. Create New Account. GPRS/ PS Data

Account Name: GlobalOM

APN:
-for Globe: http.globe.com.ph

-for Smart:
internet

4. Save Account

5. Go to Internet Settings

6. Create New Profile

Name: OMserver

Connect Using: GlobalOM

7. Save Profile

8. Select the profile OMserver in Internet Profile

9. Click Right Soft Key to Choose More and Select Settings

Internet Mode: HTTP

Use Proxy: Yes

Proxy Address: 64.255.180.253

Port Number: 80

10. Save Settings and repeat Step 9 but this time choose Advance Settings

11. Change Homepage Title:
Globe Address:

AUTHENTICATION: set to NORMAL then, click OPTIONS>ADVANCED SETTINGS. Makikita dyan ang Proxy Address box (not the IP address box) and Port Number kung saan ilalagay ang required trick.

PROXY SERVER ADD. : 80.239.242.253

PROXY PORT: 80

Pagkatapos mailagay, click OK then click BACK two times at ok na yan.

 

 

For S60v5(5800/5530/5533/5233/5230)

Settings Accesspoint for Om

Go to Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Destinations > Wap >
-Create New(choose search available accesspoint > packet data)
-Put the APN Name/Apn: http.globe.com.ph for Globe
internet for Smart
-Then Edit it now..
-Authentication : Normal
-Pass/username: blank
-then ung nasa dulo(nakalimutan ko) ung option eh iaask yung pag gamet or automatic na.. Choose yung automatic kung om lang gagamitin mo..
-Now Press option > Advance Settings
-Proxy Server Address: 80.239.242.113 for Smart
64.255.180.253 for Globe
-Proxy Server Port : 80

sa Om naman.. Prefer ko na gamitin ang Om5.0.19693handlerUI150
