A. Go to Menu> Settings> Connectivity> Data comm> Data Account> New account> GPRS data

NAME:

Kahit ano gusto nyo. Pero suggestion ko eh ipangalan nyo sa trick at kung ano network. Example, IP Trick Smart.
ACCESS POINT NAME OR APN:

For globe: http.globe.com.ph
For smart: internet
For sun: minternet
For red mobile: redinternet
USER NAME: blank
PASSWORD: blank
(press SAVE)

B. Go to Menu> Settings> Connectivity> Internet Settings> Internet Profiles> New profile

NAME:

Pareho na lang ang ipangalan gaya sa ginawa kanina.
CONNECT USING:

Piliin ang name ng access point na ginawa mo kanina.
(press SAVE)
>Edit/Check the profile (piliin ang ginawang profile then click MORE then SETTINGS)
Then enter details for the following parameters:
CONNECT USING:

Piliin ang ginawang access point kanina
INTERNET MODE: HTTP
USE PROXY: Yes
PROXY ADDRESS: 80.239.242.250
PORT: 80
click MORE> ADVANCED > CHANGE HOMEPAGE
NAME: Kahit ano

For smart: http://wap.smart.com.ph
For sun: http://wap.suncellular.com.ph
For red mobile: http://m.redmobile.com
then click SAVE.

JAVA SETTINGS
Ito po ang ginagamit para maka connect ang Java application sa internet (GAMES and APPLICATIONS) na naka install sa phone natin.
Go to MENU> SETTINGS> CONNECTIVITY> SETTINGS FOR JAVA> NEW PROFILE
NAME: Piliin ang ginawa kanina
CONNECT USING: Piliin ang ginawa kanina....

For A100 Phones

1. Access the menu. (It's kind of obvious). Then go to SETTINGS> CONNECTIVITY> DATA COMM.> DATA ACCOUNTS> NEW ACCOUNT.

2. In account type, select GPRS or GSM DATA. Name it whatever you want (Example: Freeeeee!!!!)

3. Now, assign a static APN.

For Innove-based sims (Globe, Globe Tattoo, Touch Mobile):

For Piltel-based sims (Smart Gold, Smart Buddy, Talk n' Text, Red Mobile):

4. Done? Now, press SAVE. Kung tama ang ginawa mo, makikita mo ito.

5. Press BACK. Go to SETTINGS FOR JAVA. Create a new profile.

6. Again, name it whatever you want. Then go to CONNECT USING: and select your freshly created data account you made earlier.

7. Highlight your freshly created internet profile. Select SETTINGS. Put the required proxy and port in here, then hit SAVE.

8. Try your freshly-installed Opera Mini.

SE A200 phones

Kung may existing settings na from your network:

1. Go to applications folder.
2. Highlight the application, select Internet Settings, choose your data account, then press SAVE.
3. Edit the user account to put proxy settings. Highlight the application, go to Internet Settings, then press Options> Edit. Select proxy settings.

Apply the following:
*Proxy: ON
*Same for all servers: ON
In "Proxy Servers"
*HTTP server: 80.239.242.250
*Port: 80
Click back until makita yung SAVE. Save it and your done!

Kung wala pa settings, create a new one and refer here for the access point name (APN).

For A200v1/A200v2 platform

1. Access the menu. (Obviously. Duh..)

2. Go to SETTINGS > CONNECTIVITY > INTERNET SETTINGS.

3. Select Connect Using:

4. You shall see a list of access points. If your phone is fresh from the shop, there might be none. Regardless, create a new access point by pressing OPTIONS > CREATE NEW.

5. Select PS DATA.

6. Name your access point whatever you want. Or if you will nag me, gayahin mo na lang yung nasa example.

7. Now, assign a static APN.

8. Done? Now, press SAVE.

9. Exit. Press the red Call key to go back to standby. Then access your applications folder. You must install first the appropriate Opera Mini for your phone (see attachments below)

10. Highlight Opera Mini. Then press OPTIONS, INTERNET SETTINGS. Select CUSTOM.

11. Select CONNECT USING:

12. Now, there is your new access point. Highlight your newly-created access point, press OPTIONS, then EDIT.

13. There is a setting called PROXY SETTINGS down below. Select it.

14. Turn PROXY to ON. Then select PROXY SERVERS to change proxies.

15. Here, select HTTP.

16. Put the proxy and port to their respective locations.

17. Press BACK several times until you see the Custom Settings screen. Finally, press SAVE.

SE UIQ Models

Go to MENU> TOOLS> CONTROL PANEL> CONNECTIONS> INTERNET ACCOUNTS> tapos lalabas ACCOUNTS at GROUPS> click yung pinakataas, yung INTERNET ACCOUNTS> OPTIONS> PREFFERED MODE: automatic
Lagyan ng check ang SHOW CONNECTION DIALOG then SAVE> NEW ACCOUNTS> DATA>

ACCOUNT NAME: (Ipangalan sa name ng trick para di malito)
ADDRESS:
ACCESS POINT NAME OR APN:

For smart: internet
For sun: minternet

then click DATA ACCOUNT> PROXY> lagyan ng check ang USE PROXY SERVER

PROXY ADDRESS: 80.239.242.250
PORT: 80
then SAVE.

Click ulit ang INTERNET ACCOUNTS> NEW ACCOUNT> GROUP ACCOUNT> tapos ilagay yung account name na ginamit kanina para di nakakalito> ADD NEW ACCOUNT tapos hanapin sa choices yung ginawang account name kanina.

How to Configure SONY ERICSSON AINO for UBT/FBT:

1. Go to Settings
2. Then Connectivity
3. Then Internet Settings
4. Then Connect Using, press Select
5. Press Options -> Create New
6. Select PS data

Name: Any Name
APN: internet

Then Fill out the Forms:

APN: internet
Username: Empty
Password: Empty
Login Request: Off
IP Address: <leave it>
DNS Address: <leave it>
Authentication: NONE, PAP, CHAP (3 check marks)
Data Compression: Off
Header Compression: Off
Proxy Settings: On, HTTP <pres edit>

Proxy: ON
Same for all Servers: ON
Proxy Servers: http <Press edit>

Username: Empty
Password: Empty
Proxy Address: 80.239.242.253
Port: 80

Then SAVE!

7. On the Data Accounts Make sure naka tick mark ung bagong access point.

8. Go to Organizer -> Applications-> Run your Operamini.

Vivaz, Vivaz Pro, and Satio (SE S60v5)

Please note that all steps must be completed to ensure the settings are correctly configured.
1. Press the Menu key
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Connectivity
4. Tap Destinations
5. Tap Access point
6. Tap No to the question, "Automatically check for available access points?"
7. Tap Packet data
8. Tap the text box to enter Free NET. When entered tap the green tick, then tap OK
9. Tap WAP services
10. On the Network destinations screen, tap WAP services
11. Tap Free NET two times
12. Skip past Connection name and Data bearer as you've already filled these in
13. Tap Access point name and tap the text box to enter:

For smart: internet
For sun: minternet
For red mobile: redinternet

When entered tap the green tick, then tap OK
14. Skip past Username
15. Skip past Prompt password as this is preset at No
16. Skip past Password
17. Tap Authentication until it shows Normal
18. Tap Homepage and tap the text box to enter:

For smart: http://wap.smart.com.ph
For sun: http://wap.suncellular.com.ph
For red mobile: http://m.redmobile.com

When entered tap the green tick, then tap OK
19. Tap Use access point until it shows "After confirmation"
20. Tap Options and then tap Advanced settings
21. Skip past Network type as this is preset to IPv4
22. Skip past Phone IP address and DNS address as these are preset to Automatic
23. Tap Proxy server address and tap the text box to enter proxy 80.239.242.250. When entered tap the green tick, then tap OK
24. Tap Proxy port number and tap the text box to enter port 80. When entered tap the green tick, then tap OK
25. Tap Back two times
26. Tap Options
27. Tap Organise and then tap Change priority
28. Tap the position you require (this would usally be number 1) and then tap OK
29. Tap Back five times to return to the standby screen.
30. Switch your handset off and then back on to complete your settings.
